Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup (Vegan and GF)
Whilst it’s great to eat your greens, don’t forget your reds! This soup is super good for you and tastes delicious. Packed with tomatoes, red peppers, onion, garlic and tumeric. Serve with crusty bread or buttery toast.
Heat in pot until heated through. Can be heated in microwave, once decanted into a microwaveable container, for 3 minutes.
