Thai Chicken and Sweet Potato Red Curry (small, medium and large)
This Thai curry is delicious made using our own red curry paste and rich coconut milk. It’s packed with tender chicken thigh and sweet potato. A warm curry however if you like it with a bit more heat then add a sliced chilli.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Defrost then remove cling film. Heat in a moderate oven for 40-45 minutes or until heated through. Can be heated in microwave for 6-8 minutes. Tray is microwavable.
