Thai Pumpkin and Kumara Soup (Vegan and GF)
A creamy pumpkin and kumara soup with subtle Thai flavours. Serve with some buttery toast or for a difference some warm roti.
Microwave: remove lid and heat in container on high for 2 mins, stir, then heat further until heated through.
Oven Top: Pour soup into a pan and heat on medium temperature until heated through.
